I am Noah Galloway, a dedicated fitness enthusiast who will hopefully transform your experience and outlook on fitness. For me, fitness is not just about sculpting a perfect physique; it's a way of life that empowers both the body and mind to thrive.
Throughout my own personal journey, I have faced and conquered immense challenges. As a former U.S. Army soldier, Dancing with the Stars 3rd place winner, cover of Men’s Health model, and an inspirational speaker, I understand the importance of resilience, discipline, and pushing boundaries. Fitness has been my constant companion, helping me rebuild my strength and redefine what is possible.

I am Amanda Galloway, a seasoned yogi who discovered the therapeutic benefits of linking movement and breath in the early 2000 as a way of managing overwhelming feelings of stress and emotional heaviness. I went from constantly searching for what’s next, to being at peace with what is.
Over the years I’ve studied under an array of experts which adds to my diverse background in consulting, studio managing, teaching and hosting wellness retreats.
Yoga is so much more than a form of exercise to me, it’s a way of life which I am excited to share with you.
